Wattson is an ESCO company focusing on integrated projects – combining different energy savings measures such as the renovation of boiler rooms, relighting, smart control of HVAC but also including renewables like PV, CHP and heat pumps as well as insulation-measures. Our services can take different forms: from the design of new installations, to the actual investment and financing of energy-related installations. Once operational, Wattson is taking care of the operational management of these installations, which means that the company is responsible for the maintenance of the assets. It is important that Wattson also signs up for an energy performance guarantee. 

Wattson was founded in 2016 and is based in Ghent. 

Shareholders are Wattson management, 3E and Piet Colruyt through Impact Capital as well as Participatiemaatschappij Vlaanderen which joined as an equity partner in 2017.

Wattson is focusing on EPC in nursing homes and schools and is currently active on ±70 sites in Flanders, Brussels and Walloon region. However, we are always open to consider other opportunities.
